Warranty


  1. Limited Warranty

 

(a) Scope and Period
Denaster warrants that the Goggles will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the original purchase date (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

 

(b) Coverage
If a defect is found, Denaster will, at its discretion:

    • Repair the Goggles using new or refurbished parts;
    • Replace the Goggles with new units;
    • Provide a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.

 

(c) Warranty Service
Warranty service requires returning the defective Goggles to Denaster. Replacement products become your property; the defective units become Denaster's property.

 

(d) Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Damage from misuse, exposure to heat, neglect, or improper maintenance
    • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches)
    • Loss or damage due to improper accessories or power supply
    • Software or third-party products
    • Products with removed/altered serial numbers

 

FORM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

 

2. Authorized Sellers

 

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased from authorized retailers or channels.

 

3. Returns in the UAE

Returns outside the Warranty Period may incur repair/service fees. Additional charges may apply for restocking or handling.

 

4. Data Loss Disclaimer

 

FORM and Denaster are not liable for lost data or software during repair or replacement. Please back up your data before returning products.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

To the extent permitted by UAE law:

    • Liability is limited to the purchase price or replacement/repair of the product.
    • FORM and Denaster will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.      

 

6. Governing Law

 

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
